Automated sends pause once you hit your plan's limit for the month — nothing sends silently over it, and nothing gets billed for going over. Sending picks back up when your plan resets next cycle, or immediately if you upgrade to a higher tier. Pro has no monthly limit.
Every plan, including Free, gets the same DM engine, Instagram publishing, and your own Profile Page (link-in-bio) — unlimited campaigns, all three DM formats, comment-reply rotation, the follow nudge, the live activity log, and posting to Instagram from the dashboard or an AI tool via MCP. What changes as you go up a tier is volume: DMs and posts per month. Pro is the only tier with exclusive capabilities on top of unlimited volume: unlimited Story Reply auto-DM, unlimited DM Auto-Reply, AI Comment Reply, and email capture before the link is delivered on Confirm-format campaigns.
It's Pro-only, and separate from your keyword DM automation. When a comment doesn't match your campaign's keyword, it's the kind of comment that used to just sit there — AI Comment Reply reads it alongside a short description you give of what your content is about, and posts a public reply when it's genuinely worth one: a real, short answer to an on-topic question, or a warm reaction to a positive comment. Negative comments, off-topic comments, emoji-only comments, and questions that need business-specific facts (pricing, stock, shipping) are always skipped, and replies land a couple of minutes later, never instantly. Pro includes 500 AI replies a month; more can be bought as a credit pack from Settings.
Every plan can connect an MCP-compatible AI tool with an API key from Settings — no extra cost, no separate install required for the hosted option. Once connected, the AI can check your connection status, post photos or videos to your Instagram account, list your past posts, and pull performance insights for any of them, the same actions available from the dashboard, just callable directly from a chat.
